We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

We are proudly located on Wadjuk Noongar Boodjar. We learn and play on the land and in the water that has been cared for by elders past and are learning to connect with and care for our land and waterways from the traditional landowners who walk on our journey with us.

The Role

Our school office is a fast paced environment, and therefore the successful applicant should be flexible and adapt to changing daily priorities. The school officer undertakes administrative support duties, reception duties and assists with student related activities such as preparing newsletters, correspondence, managing Executive Team member diaries and appointments, enrolments and student attendance records.

Suitable applicants will ideally communicate well, both written and verbal, as well as having good knowledge of customer service principles, will be highly regarded. In addition, it will be advantageous for applicants to possess strong organisational skills in delivering and prioritising tasks when under pressure as well as a working knowledge of SIS Integris programs as well as the COMPASS dashboard.
