The Role
This role supports the Manager Corporate Services in delivering efficient financial and administrative operations across the school. The successful applicant will assist with financial processes including payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and budget support, while maintaining accurate financial and staff records. The role also supports asset tracking, facility hire administration, contractor coordination, and maintenance requests to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. In addition, the position contributes to reporting requirements, including data collation and support for the school’s annual report.
The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting staff through inductions, training, and daily coordination activities. The role assists with the management of relief staff processes, payroll entries, and staffing resources for new and departing employees, while maintaining key systems, databases, and compliance records, including workers compensation and staff training records.
Working closely with the Manager Corporate Services, the role provides administrative and operational support to the broader team and requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while contributing to the continuous improvement of office procedures and administrative systems.
