This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 3, 2026

Willetton Senior High School (SHS) is one of the largest schools in Western Australia, with a student population in excess of 2700, approximately 230 teaching staff and 145 support staff on campus. The Role

In this role, the successful applicant will oversee school business operations, ensuring effective financial management, compliance, and reporting. You will contribute to budgeting and financial planning, monitor expenditure, and provide accurate financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.

You will coordinate corporate services, including human resources, payroll, recruitment, and leave management, ensuring alignment with policies and operational needs. The role also involves managing procurement, facilities, and assets, as well as supporting the delivery of the School Business Plan and key organisational reports.

Additionally, you will lead and supervise administrative staff, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service delivery across the school.
