The Role
South Halls Head PS are seeking a Health and Physical Education Primary Teacher who ideally has outstanding interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to communicate effectively and build genuine relationships with parents, students and staff members.
The successful applicant should have a passion for their curriculum area and a deep understanding of high-impact instructional strategies to effectively engage students in the learning process. South Halls Head PS consistently achieves high results in the sporting arena. Therefore, commitment to excellence and enthusiasm are desirable qualities for this role. Ideally, the successful applicant should seek opportunities for innovation and leadership and will be a team player who can work collaboratively in a high-performing environment.
We are seeking an individual who ideally possesses strong communication skills, as well as a willingness to liaise with colleagues, parents and external networks to establish strong community partnerships. The successful applicant would be teaching students from Year One to Year Six and should be responsible for the coordination of school and district wide sporting events, encompassing a broad range of sports.
