The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed focused School Officer to join our team.
Working closely with the admin team members, the successful applicant would support a range of administrative tasks. The desired applicant will ideally have excellent attention to detail, initiative with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced school environment.
The School Officer maintains key school databases, including Compass, Integris, RM Billing and RM Finance, ensuring records are accurate and up to date. The role supports system rollover processes and assists with updating student subject selections, as well as helping with exam and testing preparation and new student enrolments.
A significant part of the role is managing the student sign in/out desk in Administration, providing a welcoming and efficient service to students and visitors. The position also supports school operations by assisting with asset and reserve planning, coordinating out-of-hours use of facilities, lease agreements, and preparing the annual Student Personal Items Lists.
The successful applicant will ideally have strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills. They would show excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment. Sound administrative experience, strong Information Technology skills and a collaborative approach is desirable. A proven ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders is highly important.

- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
