Join Our Customer Service Team – Make a Real Impact 

 This recruitment process will be used to establish a pool for backfill opportunities of up to 12 months. Both full‑time and part‑time arrangements will be considered. Permanent opportunities may arise during this time. 

 About the role   

Start your journey with our new Titling Services business unit as part of our dedicated Customer Service team. Together, we deliver reliable, timely information that makes a real difference for our customers and stakeholders. 

We’re looking for Customer Service Officers (Level 2) to deliver exceptional service across our Midland and Perth locations. 

In these roles, you’ll be the face of our customer experience helping people via phone, face-to-face, and digital channels. Once trained, you’ll be rostered to work confidently across all channels, ensuring every interaction is professional, friendly, and solution focused. 

You’ll help customers access land information products and services, ensuring every interaction adds value and contributes to our goal of consistently achieving high satisfaction standards. Our team is dynamic, friendly, and diverse, united by a shared commitment to providing an outstanding experience for every customer. 

Where will you work? 

It is expected that you will work across both our Midland and Perth city office, located on St George’s Terrace. For both our locations, you have access to public transport as well as plenty of public parking available nearby.

Role Requirements 

To be successful in this role, please demonstrate: 

Criterion 1: Ability to deliver great service and create positive experiences for every customer.  

Criterion 2: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and written, and understand customer needs to provide simple, practical solutions. 

Criterion 3: Ability to work collaboratively and manage tasks effectively in a busy environment. 

Desirable:  

  1. Previous experience in a contact centre or similar environment.  
  2. Familiarity with web-based messaging platforms.  
  3. Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and/or Genesys.
