This is a permanent part-time (0.2FTE) position commencing Term 3, 2026

Endeavour Primary School and Endeavour Education Support Centre operate collaboratively as Endeavour Schools, providing a warm, inclusive learning environment for students from Kindergarten to Year 6. We have one office where our School Officers and Manager Corporate Service (MCS) work across both schools.

Find out more about our school by visiting endeavourschools.wa.edu.au or Schools Online.

The Role

As a School Officer, you would undertake reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering the telephone and responding to routine enquiries and request for information, in an efficient and friendly manner. Please note, this position is managing our front desk and being the first point of contact for our families and staff.

The corporate services team at Endeavour Schools works collaboratively to provide a strong, responsive administration service that supports staff, students, parents/guardians and the wider school community. School Officers form a key component of this team, working to perform several student-related activities such as data entry, enrolments, publications and promotions, and word processing. As the first point of contact for our school, members of the corporate services team should be passionate about excellence in customer service delivery.

They should use their communication skills, empathy, patience, problem-solving skills and knowledge of Department of Education policies/procedures to ensure every interaction is positive and every outcome is successful.

School Officers at Endeavour Schools should be flexible, willing to move between duties across both schools.  As such, the successful applicant should have the desire, capacity and confidence to be upskilled in, and to support, a broad range of corporate services functions – including (but not limited to); reception, student transition, marketing, attendance, enrolment processing and purchasing. We are seeking applications from individuals who can ideally bring their flexibility, passion for service delivery, organisational skills and attention to detail to our team.

Experience in the use of key administrative software, such as the Student Information System (SIS) Integris, Resource Management (RM) Billing, RM Finance, Compass and Passtab is desirable but not essential.
