The Role

SRC is seeking to employ two highly motivated, organised and people-focussed Associate Managers of Corporate Services (MCS) to work with our executive team.

The applicants will be responsible for overseeing the effective management of the school’s financial, physical, and human resources, including the supervision of allied professional and other support staff.

The part-time role (0.8 FTE) of Associate MCS – Finance & Facilities and would ensure the financial integrity of the school’s business operations through accurate administration and reporting, while contributing to financial planning, budgeting, and the oversight of multiple funding streams. This position is also responsible for the recruitment, induction and management of Allied Professional and other support staff. Working closely with the MCS and Executive Management Team, the role provides operational input into the development and implementation of Business Plans and monitors financial performance against these objectives. In addition, the role supports the achievement of corporate financial objects and compliance with regional and corporate reporting requirements, while also participating in the development, implementation, and ongoing review of budgets, asset management and maintenance strategies for the school’s facilities, equipment, and buildings.

The full-time role (1.0FTE) of Associate MCS – Human Resources & Executive Support and is responsible to the Principal, Executive Management and Senior Leadership Teams. This role would work closely with the school board, P&C and community partnerships. They would also manage allied professional staff and provide input into marketing plans and grant funding application processes and manage school calendars. The successful applicant will oversee the human resources function for all teaching staff, ensuring that they supported with all Department of Education compliance duties - including, but not confined to: teacher recruitment, onboarding, inductions, registration, relief, professional development and payroll queries.
