The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and organised Level 2 School Officer to join our team. Collaborating closely with the Level 1 School Officer, you will ideally ensure the administrative operational aspects of our school are undertaken in an efficient way. These can include general reception duties, new enrolments, marketing, event planning and student medical management as required. Additionally, responsibilities include providing support to the Manager Corporate Services to ensure the financial stability of the school through assisting with processing payroll, payments and end of month processes.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of dedicated professionals and will be responsible for overseeing the operation of school databases, records, and management information systems including timetabling.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal applicant will be a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for working in a team-oriented culture.
Experience and proficiency using Microsofty Office Suite is highly regarded.

- Demonstrated experience in financial processes and procedures, including the handling of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, payroll and /or preparing financial returns.
- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
