The Role

The successful applicant will ideally exhibit exemplary teaching skills, with a strong motivation to excel, and a commitment to delivering best practices. The capacity to excel in an environment characterised by whole-school connected practice, collaborative team structures, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth is highly valued.

As a member of our team, the successful applicant would leverage high-impact teaching strategies and showcase experience in designing and delivering explicit, engaging whole-school literacy and numeracy programs. An understanding of differentiation to meet diverse student needs is highly valued, along with proficiency in utilising various assessment tools to inform progress, provide constructive feedback, and guide future classroom planning.

This role will be catering for a Year 2 class, and therefore, you should possess a clear understanding of early childhood pedagogy to support the development of positive routines and a safe, inclusive learning environment. Whole school programs such as Heggerty, Letters and Sounds, Daily Reviews are run across the Early Years
