
We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 1, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Koorana Primary School (PS), located in Warnbro and is situated on Binjareb and Whadjuk Nyoongar peoples' land. The Role
As a School Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our students, families, staff and wider community, playing a key role in creating a warm and welcoming front office environment.
We are ideally seeking vibrant, professional, positive and friendly individuals with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. Suitable applicants should work effectively in collaboration with a busy administration team, display a can-do attitude, show initiative, and approach challenges with a growth mindset.
The role includes assisting with student enrolment procedures and operating a range of software packages, particularly databases and word processing systems. Experience with RM Finance, RM Billing, the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS), and the Student Information System (SIS) is highly desirable. A willingness to learn Phase 2 Compass is important.
