The Role

Collie SHS is looking for a Student Engagement Coordinator to work with the attendance team through Student Services. The successful applicant should be able to provide individual case management to our students who are at significant educational risk due to their limited attendance at school providing face to face outreach support services to compulsory school-aged secondary students who are disengaged or at risk of disengaging from school. The ideal applicant will be able to form authentic relationships with both students and their families to assist them to re-engage with school to successfully pursue a pathway of their choice.

You should also be able to develop and maintain professional links and effective networks with school, State Government, Commonwealth and Community agencies, youth employment, education and training services relevant to young people in the locality.
