In this role, you play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the school. This includes supervising school support staff and guiding the meticulous administration of financial management, asset maintenance and human resource coordination. Your leadership ensures that all operational processes align with Departmental requirements and contribute to the overall success of the school.

A core aspect of the role is to administer and report on the financial integrity of the school’s business operations. Highly desirable attributes for this role include a strong working knowledge of Compass, event management and financial systems. Experience in marketing is also highly desirable, including the ability to utilise platforms such as Canva to promote the school through Compass, Facebook and Instagram, enhancing community engagement and the school’s public profile.

A key component of this position is working within the front office as the face of the school. As such, exceptional organisational skills, adaptability and the ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities are highly regarded. The capacity to build and maintain effective relationships with staff, students and parents is crucial, ensuring a welcoming, professional and responsive school environment.
