This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 2, 2026

Yanchep Secondary College (SC) provides young people in the Yanchep area with a high quality, comprehensive education. Yanchep Secondary College opened in 2018 in a brand-new purpose-built school. We offer a broad, high-level curriculum encompassing academic programs and vocational courses to provide students with opportunities to pursue learning interests that inspire and challenge them.

The school has a commercial kitchen and cafe and an arts centre for visual and performing arts. The school is designed to give students access to specialist subject teaching and the best learning practices to promote success and excellence. Future plans include additional teaching blocks.

Our school has specialist teachers, a challenging curriculum that inspires excellence, and many options and pathways for students to succeed, including pathways to university, further training  remployment.

The Role

We currently have two (2) positions available both commencing in Term 2, 2026.

As a Business Support Officer, you would assist the Manager Corporate Services in delivering high-quality administrative, financial, marketing, corporate sponsorship, and human resource support across the school’s operations. You would ideally contribute to the preparation and monitoring of the school budget and develop and maintain effective business and information management systems to ensure efficient service delivery.

The role also involves supporting financial planning, RM billing, and end of month processes as well as Recruitment processes, relief coordination, HRMIS and payroll processing.

Workplace Learning and VET experience are desirable.
