This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 2, 2026

Bullsbrook College is a Kindergarten to Year 12 Independent Public School situated at the heart of the Bullsbrook community. Once serving a tiny rural community we are now part of a steadily growing population. The Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Education Support Teacher to join our College community.

As a valued member of our team, you will ideally be reflective, flexible, and innovative educator committed to the holistic growth and success of every student. As an Education Support Teacher, you would actively contribute to both the school and wider community by displaying a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and delivering differentiated learning experiences that support diverse student needs. In-addition, as an Education Support Teacher, you should possess the knowledge of the Western Australian Education Support Curriculum to deliver a differentiated curriculum that meets the needs of all students.

The successful applicant will ideally be dedicated and enthusiastic educator, and innovative practitioner, and highly motivated professionals who thrive in a collaborative team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are desirable, along with the ability to work effectively within a team. A willingness to actively engage in professional learning and liaise with colleagues, parents, and external networks is highly valued. The role also requires the capacity to provide clear direction to Education Assistants and to build positive, trusting relationships across the whole school community.

Applicants with knowledge and experience in Spelling Mastery, UFLi, Oxford Maths, Science of Reading, explicit direct instruction, Zones of Regulation, and Positive Behaviour Support will be highly regarded.

The successful applicants will deliver purposeful and engaging learning programs that support the development of students’ communication skills, independence, and functional literacy and numeracy through relevant, highly individualised learning opportunities.
