We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

We are seeking motivated and people-focused School Officers to join our team in a key role supporting parent engagement, office operations and school communications.

This position has a strong focus on:

  • parent and carer liaison and front-of-house support.
  • student-related administration activities such as enrolments, healthcare/medical needs, assisting with the organisation of excursions and school events.
  • general administrative and office support functions.
  • marketing, communications, web presence and social media for the school.
  • managing and maintaining the school website as a key communication platform for families, ensuring content is current, accurate and clearly presented.
  • assist with coordination of relief staff, human resources and financial processes.

Suitable applicants should ideally have a friendly, positive and caring attitude and possess the qualities needed to promote excellence within our school. You will ideally be able to build positive relationships and interact effectively with parents and the wider school community.

You should also display good attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines, and the capacity to work effectively within a team environment. This role focuses on modelling high-quality customer and administrative support service delivery, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with the administration team, school support staff, teaching staff and the broader school community.
