Pingrup Primary School (PS) – Striving Together, Reaching Higher

Located approximately 360km south-east of Perth, PS is a proud and vibrant small rural school where personalised learning and strong community connections lie at the heart of everything we do. Our motto, “Striving Together – Reaching Higher,” reflects our belief that every child can thrive when supported by dedicated staff, a caring community, and meaningful learning opportunities.

Although small in size, our school offers the high-quality programs and facilities of much larger schools with the added advantage of small class sizes. This allows our passionate and skilled educators to deliver a highly differentiated curriculum, ensuring that every student from Kindergarten to Year 6 is supported, challenged, and inspired. Our students are encouraged to be active learners, working cooperatively and engaging in rich, integrated learning experiences tailored to their individual strengths and interests.

Find out more about our school by visiting www.pingrupps.wa.edu.au or Schools Online.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic teacher who brings strong communication skills and authentic connections with colleagues, students and families. The successful applicant will ideally be a flexible and collaborative team player who delivers high quality learning through engaging and Explicit Direct Instruction, including daily reviews, active participation and purposeful lesson design. A strong understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum and the ability to differentiate for diverse learners is highly regarded. Experience or interest in working with Aboriginal students and nurturing pride in identity and culture will be considered an asset.
