This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 2, 2026

At Warnbro Community High School Education Support Centre (CHS ESC) our highly skilled staff work collaboratively to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment to meet the diverse learning needs of all students. Warnbro CHS ESC is co-located with Warnbro Community High School with staff and students sharing equal citizenship across both schools. The school consists of Middle School for students in Years 7, 8 and 9 and Senior School for students in Years 10, 11, 12. The school is in the southern corridor of Perth, 50 kilometres from the Perth CBD.

The Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to join our team and provide vital administrative support as the Pathway Support Officer. This role involves managing spreadsheets, databases, and student records, including attendance, while ensuring the smooth operation of various school information systems. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the management and organisation of office resources to ensure smooth daily operation, preparing materials for publication, and conducting routine analyses and reporting on results. You will also assist with student-related activities, such as providing limited career advice, collating documentation for Authority Developed Workplace Learning (ADWPL) activities like excursions and qualification enrolments, and supporting the Pathway Planning Coordinator with student placements.

Additionally, you will be responsible for arranging and providing transportation for students to placement-related activities, including driving school vehicles when necessary. Clerical support will also be provided for special projects and across school teams as required by the Principal or Manager of Corporate Services.
