Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person
for the role of Customer Experience Consultant.
This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent and Fixed Term
Full Time appointments with the possibility of extension(s) and/or
permanency.
As a member of Health Support Services (HSS) Customer Experience
Business Unit, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to and solving customer interactions at first
contact or directing the interaction to the appropriate
business unit for resolution.
- Consistently delivering a high quality of customer service
to our customers.
- Promoting the Contact Centres role and services.
- Processing documents to a high level of accuracy.
