The Role
The Associate Manager Corporate Services (AMCS) will ideally display strong conceptual, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, drive process improvements and analyse issues to develop effective solutions. The successful applicant should model high‑quality customer service and administrative support, using excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with allied professionals, teaching staff and the broader community. The successful applicant would embody a leadership approach that encourages teams to listen, think and learn together, fostering collective understanding, shared accountability and continuous improvement.
In addition, the AMCS would provide leadership support to the Manager Corporate Services, contributing to a positive, high‑performing team culture and ensuring staff are well guided and aligned with the school’s operational and strategic priorities.
The AMCS supports the Manager Corporate Services across key operational domains, including Financial Performance, Buildings and Assets, Human Resources, and School and Student Administration. The role may assist in driving operational enhancements, financial planning and strategic budgeting to ensure the school is well resourced, well maintained and conducive to high‑quality teaching and learning.
The position designs and implements procedures and processes that uphold financial integrity and ensure accurate recording, compliance and reporting across all school business operations. In addition, the AMCS coordinates the delivery of corporate services and operations aligned to the school’s Business Plan Key Focus Areas and Public Sector Commission standards, modelling the highest levels of personal and professional ethics, integrity and values.
