Program Kaartdijin are seeking to establish a pool of Project Support Officers for fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during 2026 and up to the end of May 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Program Kaartdijin (the Program) has been established to procure and configure a functionally fit, technologically robust solution to replace the current School Information System (SIS) used in more than 800 public schools across Western Australia. The Program vision is to provide a contemporary school and student administration, timetabling and finance solution connecting people, processes and systems for school communities now and into the future.

Phase 2 deployment started in 2025, introducing capabilities for managing enrolments and finance. Timetabling will start in 2026. As a school transitions to Phase 2, their access to SIS Classic will move to read only.

We are seeking highly dedicated and motivated Project Support Officers to join the Support team.

As a Project Support Officer, you will provide support for school staff after their Phase 2 deployment. You will provide high-level customer service and support, helping schools to successfully use their new systems. With Program Kaartdijin, you will actively collaborate with the Training, Communications, ICT, Schools and Finance teams to deliver smooth and effective support.

Ideal applicants have strong practical experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving issues. You’ll need to learn quickly, think on your feet, and adapt your approach as different schools have different needs.

Suitable applicants will assist with the advice and support to schools, provide solutions to issues raised, and maintain a focus on customer service delivery.

While experience in schools, timetabling and finance is preferred, it is not essential. We welcome applicants with the right skills and mindset, as training will be provided.

Experience with school systems such as Timetabling, RM Billing, RM Finance, Asset Manager or TechnologyOne CiA will be highly regarded. Experience with Timetabling in a school context will also be highly regarded.
