The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Gardener/Handyperson to join our team in a unique and varied role supporting our school community. This position offers the opportunity to work across three distinct sites throughout a typical week; our main school campus, our off-site Kindergarten and off-site Pre-Primary locations. The successful applicant will enjoy the diversity that comes with maintaining different environments, ensuring each site is safe, welcoming and well-presented for our students and staff. Flexibility, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple locations will be essential in this rewarding and dynamic role

- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start.
- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.

- Demonstrated experience in minor servicing of horticultural/gardening equipment and performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Demonstrated knowledge of gardening methods and procedures, including the safe use and storage of gardening equipment, materials and chemicals.
