The Role
We are seeking school officers who offer warm and welcoming service to the school community and visitors. They will ideally have the ability to prioritise and complete work to a high standard, possess good attention to detail and work well with our friendly administration team and the wider staff.
The School Officer is responsible for reception duties, responding to routine enquiries and providing information in an efficient and friendly manner. They provide clerical and administrative support, including preparing and distributing correspondence, newsletters and other documents, both electronic and printed, in a timely manner. They input data, generate reports and maintain online databases.
They also collect and receipt monies, operate and maintain office equipment, assist with maintenance of school facilities, and support student-related activities such as maintaining attendance records and assisting with student enrolment procedures. They also assist the Manager Corporate Services with maintaining staff records and contacting relief staff as directed.
