The Role
We are seeking motivated and community-minded School Officers to join our friendly team in a role that supports parent engagement, office operations and school communication.
Suitable applicants would be one of the first points of contact for families and visitors and play a key role in fostering positive, respectful and supportive partnerships between home and school. This position is central to creating a calm, professional and welcoming front office environment.
As a School Officer, you would work closely with the administration and leadership team to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the school office, manage records and communication processes, and assist in sharing and celebrating school events, initiatives and achievements with our community.
Suitable applicants will ideally have strong organisational skills, attention to detail and warm interpersonal skills. Suitable applicants should have a friendly and open manner and a genuine commitment to building positive relationships with students, families and colleagues. Experience within a primary school setting and with systems such as Microsoft Office, RM Billing, School Information System (SIS), Compass, RM Finance and HRMIS would be highly regarded.
