Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably
experienced person for the role of Legal Support and
Research Officer/Paralegal.
This is a Permanent Full
Time appointment.
As a member
of Legal Team, you will be responsible for:
- Undertaking
administrative and paralegal functions as delegated supporting
the General Counsel and Legal team, as applicable, including
maintaining confidential records and filing systems, and
preparation of correspondence and other documentation for the
legal function to a high standard of accuracy, attention to
detail and presentation.
- Providing
support to the General Counsel and Legal team, as applicable,
including diary and email management.
- Monitoring
and maintaining the Legal Services and the General Counsel’s
mailboxes and electronic filing and document management
systems.
- Developing,
maintaining and managing plans, policies, processes and
procedures to facilitate legal workflow management and to
protect confidentiality, legal professional privilege and
security of legal information.
- Assisting
with the preparation of legal briefs and legal reports (as
required) under direction of the General Counsel.
