The Role
We are seeking a professional and friendly School Officer to join our team.
As a School Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our school and play a key role in providing high-quality administrative support. Your responsibilities would include greeting students, families and visitors, answering the telephone, and responding to routine enquiries and requests for information.
The successful applicant will ideally have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. You should be a self-starter, adept at using your initiative, be able to solve problems, and produce high-quality work. The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a very busy administration office is highly desirable. The desired applicant will ideally excel at meeting deadlines and prioritising multiple tasks effectively in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in various software applications will be highly regarded, including but not limited to Compass, School Integrated System, Resource Management (RM) Billing, RM Finance and Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS).
Part of the role will also include undertaking student-related activities such as providing information, advice and collecting documentation for the enrolment of new students.
Please note that this role is for Thursday and Friday working days.

- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
