About the Role
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for delivering engaging, content‑rich digital marketing campaigns that support VenuesWest’s strategic objectives and enhance the digital presence of its venues. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Consultant, this role implements VenuesWest’s Digital Marketing Strategy through the coordination and delivery of marketing initiatives across social media, paid advertising and email marketing channels.
The role plays a key part in creating, publishing and optimising digital content, managing paid campaigns, and monitoring performance to inform continuous improvement. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external service providers, the Digital Marketing Coordinator supports effective campaign delivery, strong community engagement and consistent brand representation across digital platforms. The position also contributes to campaign planning, reporting and administrative activities that support the efficient operation of the marketing function.

About the Person
The successful candidate will be a motivated and organised digital marketing professional with a strong interest in content creation, digital engagement and data‑driven marketing. You will have demonstrated experience delivering digital campaigns across multiple channels and a sound understanding of how to use performance insights to optimise outcome.
