We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officer ‘s for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 1, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

As one of the first points of contact for parents, students and staff in our Administration, the School Officer should be organised and be able to effectively work under pressure, whilst having high accuracy and attention to detail. The suitable applicants should work well within a team environment and also be able to work unsupervised and use your initiative. You will ideally have a positive and caring attitude with a high level of integrity and confidentiality and possess the qualities to promote excellence within our school.

Duties may include assisting to maintain the financial position of the school and collaborating with all staff on daily operations. You should also possess a positive approach to the role and ability to learn new skills and processes, other responsibilities of the School Officer may include student attendance, undertaking reception duties, meeting and greeting visitors, answering the telephone, responding to routine enquiries and requests for information, maintaining school databases including records and management information systems to ensure they are accurate and up-to date. Knowledge of the Student Information System (SIS), Resource Management (RM) Billing, RM Finance, Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) and Compass would be desirable.
