
We are seeking to establish a pool of Deputy Principals for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced Deputy Principals to lead a portfolio which may include delivery of curriculum through whole school approaches, staff development, student services, school operations and leading innovative programs.
Depending on the needs of the school during the pool period, suitable applicants should ideally have the ability to manage operations, provide behaviour and engagement expertise, lead school improvement, improve teacher practices by modelling effective teaching strategies, coaching colleagues to enhance their skills, or lead student services to support a range of complex student needs.
Highly regarded are applicants that possess the ability to effectively prioritise competing demands, and manage multiple tasks while being resilient and compassionate, as these are necessary attributes, it is also of the utmost importance to be working as part of a collegiate leadership team and to be positive, flexible and supportive of each other.
