This is a 3 month fixed term, part-time (0.6FTE) position commencing Term 2, 2026 with possible extension and/or permanency

Students at Leeming Senior High School Education Support Centre (SHS ESC) come from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds - a feature which serves to enrich the learning environment. Leeming SHS ESC has a warm welcoming and connected community with strong pastoral care programs that help students cope better with the challenges that arise for young people. With well-established community partnerships students have opportunities for real-life learning and engage in relevant and meaningful experiences. The Role

The successful applicant will ideally provide advice on technical issues to staff and students to maintain and develop the network system. Additionally, they will also provide technical support and training to all users throughout the school site on various software applications and provide access to systems and resources.

The successful applicant would assist with the installation, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of information systems and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) equipment in accordance with the school business needs and Department of Education policies and guidelines. This includes maintaining accurate records of ICT assets and resources.

Applicants will be required to work as part of a versatile team, liaise with partner school network administrators and external providers to problem solve, prioritising IT projects. The ability to build strong relationships and to work well with key stakeholders is highly regarded.
