The successful applicant will work collaboratively with staff to implement effective strategies that address identified learning, social and behavioural needs. You will provide targeted support for students at risk and partner with school leaders to strengthen whole school responses to intervention. The role includes contributing to the development and implementation of school based services and programs, while working closely with the Student Services Team to coordinate priorities and ensure cohesive support for students.
You will bring a strong understanding of school systems and evidence informed approaches to student engagement. Your expertise will contribute to building the conditions that promote wellbeing, inclusion and positive engagement across classrooms and the broader school environment.

The Role
The School Psychologist will ideally bring experience in conducting risk assessments, providing counselling, liaising with staff and external agencies, and facilitating case conferences. You will demonstrate the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively to support students, parents, teachers and school leaders across a broad range of needs including mental health concerns, complex behaviour, learning difficulties, disability and emergency or critical incident management.
You will also play a proactive role in strengthening our expanding Student Services team, contributing to a shared commitment to improving student outcomes through learning, engagement and wellbeing.
In this role, you will deliver direct psychological services to identified students, applying evidence informed practice to enhance mental health, learning and behavioural outcomes. You will work in close partnership with school staff, parents, caregivers and relevant external agencies. In addition, you will support the development and implementation of school-based programs and operate as an integral member of a collaborative Student Services team.
