This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 2, 2026

Yarralinka Primary School (PS) is seeking a flexible, enthusiastic and committed Manager Corporate Services to join our leadership team. As a growing school, you would play a crucial role in helping maintain a positive culture that ensures students are supported to achieve personal success through a collaborative and whole-child focus approach. The personal qualities that you bring to this role are highly regarded- collaborative, can-do attitude, flexible, solutions-focused, use of initiative and able to adapt to ongoing change as the school grows over time.

Yarralinka PS is in the growing suburb of Southern River, surrounded by rapidly developing housing estates. In 2026 Yarralinka PS is expecting to have approximately 320 students enrolled. Our school community includes families of different backgrounds and cultures, many from overseas, where English is not the first language or dialect spoken at home.

The Role

The successful applicant will ideally have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sound financial and human management skills and knowledge of the strategic administration requirements within a primary school setting. You would be responsible for ensuring all audit requirements are followed, providing consistency in financial planning and budgeting within the school and ensuring the school complies with all Department of Education policies and relevant legislation. Being a growing school, you would play a key role in refining our financial, administration and organisational practices for our growing population which ideally requires the application of conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills. Our school requires people to be ideally flexible and prepared to assist in any way possible. You would work in partnership with the school’s leadership team and other staff to support the continuing growing student population and demands over the coming years.

As part of this role, you would manage the school’s reception area and provide a high level of customer service to our community. You would also interact regularly with staff, students and families, so well developed customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are highly regarded. As a leader you would also provide leadership and support to our school’s support staff.
