Joseph Banks Secondary College is an Independent Public School in the suburb of Banksia Grove, approximately 40 kilometres from the Perth CBD. The Role
The Associate Manager Corporate Services (AMCS) assists the Manager Corporate Services (MCS) in overseeing both the College and the Western Australian Space Science Centre, Financial Performance, Building and Assets, Human Resources, School and Student Administration. The successful applicant should assist the MCS to lead operational enhancement, financial planning, strategic budgeting and ensures our built school environment continues to be a well-resourced, well maintained and an engaging context for teaching and learning.
The AMCS will ideally have developed conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns, process improvements, problems and solutions and the ability to provide input to the development, implementation and monitoring of business plans. The successful applicant will ideally model effective and quality customer and administrative support service delivery and use excellent interpersonal and communications skills to work in collaboration with the administration team, school support staff, our school community. As a member of the Allied Senior Leadership Team, you would be actively engaged in developing your own leadership skills as well as others you line manage on a daily basis.
As the AMCS you would assist with the management of corporate services and operations aligned with school business targets and objectives and customer service principles and practices. You should design and implement procedures and processes which ensure financial integrity, recording, compliance, and reporting requirements of the school business operations.
