You should effectively support a nuanced balance of explicit teaching and play-based learning in the early years and should support and lead a clearly defined lesson design across all phases of learning, ensuring effective student engagement.
The ability to establish genuine, positive and caring relationships with our students is paramount. Knowledge, understanding and experience in leading Instructional Strategies, Social-Emotional Learning, support of Students at Educational Risk (SAER), Special Education Needs (SEN) planning and coaching, mentoring and working as part of a professional learning community is essential.
