The Role
As a School Officer you will assist with the day-to-day running of the front office as well as various communications with staff in relation to the school's operations. You will ideally have good communication and interpersonal skills to provide a high level of leadership and management and will be responsible for the implementation and development of operational processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Departmental policies and guidelines with regards to student enrolment, transfers between schools and local intake area and surrounds.
Suitable applicants will ideally model effective and quality customer and administrative support service delivery and be able to work in collaboration with the administration team, school support staff, our school community and teaching staff.
The suitable applicants should possess a friendly, positive, and caring attitude, along with the professional qualities needed to promote excellence within our school. They would be able to engage effectively with students, parents, and the wider community, and show flexibility in transitioning seamlessly between tasks and varied school environments. The ability to deliver priority outcomes efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting is highly regarded.
