This is a 9 month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 2, 2026 with possible extension and/or permanency

The Role

We are actively ideally seeking a passionate, motivated, and skilled early childhood teacher who is committed to improving outcomes for every child, every day, through our whole school approaches and best practice early childhood pedagogies. Applicants should pursue excellence in teaching and have high expectations for themselves, their students and their colleagues.

The succesful applicant will ideally establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment, setting high expectations for student progress and achievement, while nurturing students' social and emotional development. In addition, you should provide an inclusive and differentiated learning environment that meets the needs of English as an Additional Language learners and students with imputed and diagnosed disabilities.

The succesful applicant should have a demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and be committed to using data and evidence based practices to ensure all students make progress and achieve their best.

The successful applicant should ideally align their teaching practices to our school programs and approaches including Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), Talk for Writing, Top 10 maths, Letters and Sounds (Kindy - year 2) Heggerty Phonemic Awareness (Kindy - year 2) and Explicit Instruction pedagogy.
