The School

Roleystone Community College (CC) is an Independent Public School in this Perth Hills, providing a comprehensive and holistic education to students from Kindergarten to Year 10.

Our school is positioned in a semi-rural area on the Darling Range, offering a distinctive learning environment that leverages its natural surroundings and close-knit community context. We have a personalised approach to teaching and learning, with staff able to build strong relationships and respond effectively to individual student needs.

We pride ourselves on providing promising futures for our students, this is underpinned by a strong emphasis on wellbeing, engagement, and tailored learning pathways. Curriculum delivery is enhanced through specialist programs in digital technology, sustainability, and the arts, alongside a culture of restorative practice and student voice.

We place equal importance on the wellbeing of both staff and students. As a school we are proud to be engaged with ‘The Resilience Project’ from Kindergarten through to Year 10, building a culture of gratitude, empathy and mindfulness that supports learning and life.

Teachers at Roleystone CC are encouraged to grow their practice through regular classroom observation, professional dialogue and genuine collegiate support. We are developing a culture where teachers learn from one another, share ideas openly, and take pride in the success of the whole school, not just their own classroom.

We see ourselves as a community asset and value and foster lasting partnerships with the community. Staff collaborate closely to implement evidence-based pedagogy, support positive behaviour, and foster a professional culture focused on continuous improvement and student.

By joining us, you will become part of a community that values care, respect and academic progress in equal measure. Our staff know their impact matters; and together we create an environment where every child can thrive.
