About the Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a school culture that promotes positive relationships between students, between students and staff, while prioritising the engagement of parents and the wider community in the educational work of the school.
Principals are responsible for leading innovation and creating systems and structures that foster student achievement and social and emotional wellbeing, whilst engaging a diverse school community in the educational programs of the school.
Principals are responsible for leading continuous school improvement and creating the conditions to further develop the quality of teaching across the school. As principal, you will prioritise the building of networks with other agencies, other schools, services and organisations in the community to benefit the school, students and the community.
