The Procurement, Contracts and Licensing team, as an integral part of Corporate Services, provide specialised corporate services to internal customers, whilst maintaining strong relationships with external clients who seek to do business with Landgate; and to support the business to maximise its potential to meet the needs of our community, government and industry customers.
About the role
The Licensing Coordinator is responsible for establishing and maintaining licenses with external customers regarding the use of Landgate data, including the renewal process and associated charges. This role collaborates closely with internal business stakeholders to develop these licenses. Key responsibilities also include developing and maintaining licensing policies, procedures, and frameworks, as well as conducting quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Role Requirements
To be successful in this role, please demonstrate:
- Experience in a similar licensing role working with licensing databases.
- Ability to interpret and apply legislation and internal policies.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- A previous focus on stakeholder engagement and associated license negotiation
- Strong attention to detail and proven organisational skills

Other Important Information You Need to Know!
Vacancies may be offered on a permanent or fixed term basis for 12 months following finalisation of the selection process. If a similar vacancy in a similar location becomes available in this time, applicants deemed suitable may be considered.
