EMR Program is a consumer-centred program that supports healthcare
providers to perform their roles enabling safety and quality to be
at the heart of care for every consumer. EMR has been established
to digitally transform WA Health’s clinical information management
systems by delivering a statewide EMR solution for WA Health. The
EMR Program will incorporate changes to technology, business
processes and culture. It will take advantage of innovations in
digital health care to improve patient safety and quality of care
for the Western Australian community regardless of their

Your new role
This recruitment pool is for Fixed
Term Full Time or Fixed Term Part Time appointments for 6-12 months
with the possibility of
extension(s).
Position Profile:
As
ICT Service Agent, you will:
- provide ICT Support services
at various Metropolitan and Peel region locations,
adhering to ICT Service Management process
standards.
- Provide advice to customers
on the use of standard system software and WA Health approved
applications.
