We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 1, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Inglewood Primary School is a unique Independent Public School, operating across three campus - Kindergarten, Pre-Primary and the main school site. The Role

Suitable applicants would join our friendly front office team who are the first point of contact for our school community, in a busy and dynamic school environment. Excellence in customer service delivery, with the flexibility to move between tasks and deliver outcomes while working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable. 

In addition to providing administrative support including assistance with enquiries, enrolment processing and attendance records, you would support the Manager Corporate Services in ensuring the smooth financial operation of the school. This includes tasks such as undertaking account and GST coding, reconciling financial records and processing invoices. School Officers also assist with month-end procedures such as receipting and maintaining data integrity.

In addition to financial management support, School Officers may also assist with the management of school assets and human resources. This includes overseeing the administration of out-of-hours use of school facilities, coordinating and negotiating maintenance and repairs, maintaining key registers and security system codes and assisting with payroll data entry.

Suitable applicants will ideally have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, accurate data entry skills, an ability to understand and implement procedures, a confident phone manner and a friendly and open attitude to building positive relationships with our staff, students, families and community. Experience within a primary school setting and with systems such as Microsoft Office, RM Billing, School Information System (SIS), Compass, RM Finance and HRMIS would be highly regarded.
