Carnarvon Community College (CC) is seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

As the School Officer you will be accountable for the day-to-day running of the front office as well as various communications with staff in relation to the school's operations. You will ideally have strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide a high level of leadership and management and will be accountable to implement and develop operational processes ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Departmental policies and guidelines with regards to student enrolment, transfers between schools and local intake area and surrounds.

You should ideally model effective and quality customer and administrative support service delivery and use excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work in collaboration with the administration team, school support staff, our school community and teaching staff. As our School Officer, your duties may include assisting the Manager Corporate Services to maintain the financial position of the school, handling front desk inquiries and collaborating with all staff on daily operations with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
