(EMR) Program?
The EMR Program
is a consumer-centred program that supports healthcare providers to
perform their roles enabling safety and quality to be at the heart
of care for every consumer. It has been established to
digitally transform WA Health’s clinical information management
systems by delivering a statewide EMR solution for WA Health. The
EMR Program will incorporate changes to technology, business
processes and culture. It will take advantage of innovations in
digital health care to improve patient safety and quality of care
for the Western Australian community regardless of their
location.
The EMR Program
comprises several projects including:
- Clinical
transformation;
- Technical and
infrastructure delivery;
- Procurement and contract
management;
- Workforce and change
management;
- Implementation planning;
and
- Business, project, and
program operations.
We are looking
for motivated and experienced Senior Business Analysts to join our
diverse and highly skilled team in contributing to the health of
all Western Australians.

Your new
role
This recruitment pool is for
Fixed Term Full Time or Fixed Term Part Time appointments for 6 to
12 months with the possibility of extension(s).
Position
Profile:
The Senior Business Analyst
role
- defines
and documents information of a high-quality presenting options
and recommendations to assist in decision making and support
for the EMR projects and Program.
- undertakes complex
analysis of a range of business, ICT and operational issues;
whilst building, creating and maintaining process and data
models to enhance business capability.
- provides
support to more than one project or stream of
activity.
- liaises
with business users to define and redesign business processes
and identify corresponding requirements.

Note: This position will
