Manjimup Primary School (PS) is one of two public schools located in the town of Manjimup. With a school history of 100 years, its ties with the community are strong with generations of families having attended the school.
Manjimup PS is located 290 kilometres south of Perth and currently caters for 250 students from Kindergarten to Year 6. The new school facilities greatly enhance the school’s ability to deliver teaching and learning reflective of modern teaching practises. Important within these are the use of information and communication technologies. The stability of student and staff numbers contributes to the successful implementation of long-term strategies. Staff are experienced, well-qualified and have professional attitudes.

The Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for the organising and supervising of school cleaning staff and liaising with the relevant manager on cleaning matters. You will be responsible for undertaking cleaning of allocated internal and external areas as well as ordering and maintaining stock and equipment. You should be able to organise and supervise staff and have knowledge of cleaning equipment and safe cleaning procedures, methods and practices.
You will ideally be a highly motivated and proactive person who takes pride in being responsible for providing a high standard of cleanliness within the workplace, in order to provide a visually pleasing and safe learning environment for our students, staff and visitors to the school.
