The Role
Churchlands Senior High School SHS is seeking to appoint a dedicated and committed Administration Support Officer – Facilities and Assets. If you are a retired builder or experienced handyman, we highly encourage you to apply.
The role of the Administration Support Officer – Facilities and Assets is to provide general administrative support to the Manager Corporate Services and Principal in the daily operations of the school, including administering the Faults Management budget.
Other responsibilities would be to assist the Manager Corporate Services in monitoring the cleaning and gardening services and ensuring facilities, equipment, buildings and school buses are maintained and ensure school records and management information systems are accurate, up-to-date and routinely maintained.
