The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager Corporate Services to join our leadership team.

We are ideally seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated professional who displays initiative, strong leadership, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team. The successful applicant would play a pivotal role in supporting the Principal and Executive Team to maintain a school environment that prioritises student wellbeing, fosters positive relationships, and engages the broader school community.

Some of your key responsibilities would be:

  • Providing strategic and operational leadership in financial management, human resources, and corporate services.
  • Mentor, develop, and manage school support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective team.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
  • Contributing to strategic planning and budgeting processes to support high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Ensuring compliance with Department of Education policies and procedures.

The successful applicant should ideally possess high-level interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships. Strong knowledge and experience in financial management, budgeting, and resource planning with proven ability to lead and manage staff effectively is highly desirable. The successful applicant will ideally have excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure. Innovative and strategic thinker with a commitment to continuous improvement and understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and The Resilience Project is highly desirable.
