This is a six (6) month fixed term, part-time (0.5FTE) position commencing Term 1, 2026 with possible extension (6 months).

The Role
We are seeking a teacher who would foster student engagement and work to maximise student achievement. You should work collaboratively in a small team environment, with all members of the school and, with a wider community to provide quality educational experiences through promoting the school’s vision and strategic directions.
An excellent knowledge of the West Australian Curriculum and a capacity to deliver content in an engaging manner is desirable.
The successful applicant will ideally be able to display how they provide educational opportunities and activities which enable students to achieve to their highest potential. In addition, the ability to engage students using a range of skills, knowledge of effective classroom management strategies and restorative practices will be considered favourably.
This role will mostly pertain to the subject of Physical Education. We are looking for a teacher who will ideally support the delivery of a high-quality Physical Education program that promotes student wellbeing, skill development and inclusive participation. Student participation and performance data should inform planning, monitor engagement and support continuous improvement across the Physical Education program.
There is a possibility for 0.4FTE, should 0.5FTE not suit the successful applicant.
