About the Role
We rely on a flexible workforce to deliver some of Perth's most exciting sport and entertainment events, as well as the recreational and community services within our venues such as Arena Joondalup and Perth High Performance Centrein Mount Claremont. The following casual positions are required to support delivery of aquatic operations in 2026:
- Lifeguards, Aquatic Supervisors and Timing Officers
- Customer Service Officers, Cashiers
The responsibilities of these roles are listed in the attached Duty Statement (Job Description). Required qualifications are included in the attached Essential Qualifications Fact Sheet.
Casual hours are based on daily operational needs and can include early mornings, late night and weekend shifts. Each casual position attracts various pay rates dependent on the position – see attached casual pay rate fact sheet for more information.
