Your new
role
We are seeking an
enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Senior
Technology Specialist.
This is a Recruitment Pool
for Permanent and Fixed Term Full Time appointments with the
possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
Within the
Clinical Specialist Systems area at HSS, we support a range of
clinical applications, including several complex and highly
integrated enterprise solutions that are used across public
hospitals in WA. As this is a pool recruitment process we are
seeking more than one candidate, with technical experience in one
or more of the following areas:
- Technical support for
enterprise bespoke and vendor applications, ensuring they
remain current, secure, and relevant.
- Leveraging industry
standards and best practices to optimise technical delivery and
quality solutions.
- Utilising tools and
technologies such as ITSM platforms, software development
(ideally using .NET and DevOps), scripting, and reporting
tools.
- Experience supporting
infrastructure platforms (on-premise and cloud)
As a member of Applications
you will be responsible for:
• Providing customer support
in relation to ICT application services from a technical
perspective.
• Playing a
senior role in the effective and efficient delivery of ICT
application services aligned with agreed performance
levels.
• Building and
maintaining customer-focused relationships with relevant
stakeholders including customers, vendor-partners, business and
industry.
• Anticipate
opportunities and trends in information and communication
technologies to recommend change and innovation to enhance product
and service delivery.
