Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably
experienced person for the role of Principal Diversity and
Inclusion Consultant.
This is a Permanent Full
Time appointment and we currently have one position
available.
As a member of
HR and Capability, your responsibilities will
include
- Leading the
management, coordination, and implementation of inclusion
and diversity initiatives and programs.
- Providing strategic
advice and direction to executives and senior leaders on
workforce diversity and inclusion strategies, plans, and
activities that enhance organisational diversity and foster
a culture of inclusion.
- Driving
organisation-wide engagement to strengthen workforce
diversity and inclusion.
- Staying informed on
research, trends, and emerging issues related to inclusion
and diversity at both state and national levels, as well as
broader functional areas across HSS.
- Participating in
identification and leading the development of relevant
organisational strategies, programs and projects focussed
on inclusivity, diversity and equity in line with the
Workforce Diversification and Inclusion Strategy for the WA
Public Sector.
